Cypress Breeze is known for the 14,000 square foot community pool that has 10 waterfalls, rock formations, and exceptional landscaping. If you desire the warm Emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and sugar white sand is just a short walk away. This is a custom built home, with large front porch, The house has 12 foot ceilings, crown molding, wide base molding, window are trimmed with sills & pediments, 8'' solid panel doors...not a detailed over looked. Both the 1st & 2nd levels have Cypress flooring. Granite kitchen with custom white cabinetry and Stainless appliances. The second level has 9 foot ceilings and two covered balconies for the bedrooms. All baths are custom with Granite tops,designer under mount sinks, and travertine floors & Euro style showers. Custom lighting and fixtures throughout.

We had 9 people in our family stay at this house and it was perfect. Plenty of room and places to sleep. Beds were very comfortable. House was clean and not at all "hot" like the other reviews stated. I have VERY hot blooded children and no one complained. There were also fans provided if they had been needed. LOTS of dishes, games, and basic starter necessities. I would highly recommend this property to other users and would love to stay here in the future.

This house easily fit out group of 9. We loved the decor and its easy access to the awesome community pool. The beach is an easy drive and we never had trouble finding parking. The bikes were a great perk! We enjoyed oysters at Shunk Gulley, a great dinner at Local Catch, buying fish at Shrimpers to grill at the house, shopping at the outlets, and delicious ice cream at Blue Mountain creamery. Just a tip that the Ed Walline Public Beach Access is a small area of beach hemmed in by private beaches on either side. It got very crowded, so we found it helpful to set up our beach gear early in the morning to stake our spot. It was a perfect beach getaway!

The house is perfect for a family get-away. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the beautiful pool was just a short walk from our location. The Santa Rosa area has first-class beaches. Restaurants are plentiful and offer anything that might suit your fancy. We had a wonderful stay!

Your team was very responsive to all of our communications, before our stay and during. Your staff worked diligently to resolve the WIFI issue, I believe everything that could be done on a weekend was.

For a family with small children this property was large and comfortable. The pool was beautiful, but for much of our stay the waterfalls were not running. The beach was close, but not really within walking distance. We drove most everywhere. The house was in good condition with the exception of the hardwood floors that have seen their share of traffic. The rug that has been placed in the main entry way curled on both ends and was a constant tripping nuisance. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, the kitchen was well stocked and appliances were all in working condition. Overall a very pleasant stay for our family (total 6 adults, 3 children).

We had a great experience renting this house! It has everything we needed and more, they even had a pack and play that we used for our toddler which made sleeping arrangements all the more enjoyable! The location is perfect, very close to the beach, and the pool is huge! We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the living space, the pictures show it smaller then it actually i, it was great for 10 people. We will definitely be back!

This was my familys second time staying at this property and it was even better than before. Beautiful home, great private subdivision with the absolute best pool you will find anywhere. Pool is never crowded and is so relaxing with the beautiful waterfalls. Home is also very close to pool, about a block which we walked daily. Bikes are included with the rental which is really great since the beach is right up the road and there are bike trails right outside the subdivision directly to 30A. Check-in and out is so convenient. Highly recommend this property.

Add $175 for housekeeping, 12% for tax,  $69 damage protection fee, $30 Booking Fee, 2.9% convenience fee on credit card payments. 25% is due at booking which holds the unit for you and is applied toward your rental fee. Full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
