The Abacos is located on the highly sought-after Scenic 30a right next to Gulf Place and is directly across the street from Ed Walline Regional Beach Access.   This spacious 1467 sq ft two story condo is perfect for your next beach getaway.   

As you enter the condo you will find a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and tiled backsplash.    The kitchen has a breakfast bar which seats two and  opens up into the dining area with seating for  6.    The dining area flows seemlessly into the living space which has ample seating, a sleeper sofa, and a giant flat screen TV.     You have a large balcony off the living room with Gulf views.   A half bath is conveniently located on this top floor. 

Moving downstairs, the Master bedroom with a king bed and private balcony awaits.  This bedroom has an en suite bathroom with tub/shower combo.    The Guest bedroom has a king bed, en suite bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower combo.

We really enjoyed our time there. We spent time on the balconies as it was a little chilly at the beach so that was a bonus. I left some improvements I hope you note.

Notes

Add $175 for housekeeping and 12% for tax. $69 damage protection;  $30 booking fee, 3% convenience fee to process credit card payments. 25% of the total is due at booking and will hold the unit for you. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
